“Flashback” Lesson

To add the Flashback Lesson, follow the steps that are in the previous lesson to get you to the Library and how to delete the default section. Once you have opened the Library, click on the button titled “Flashback!”, again only use the one with the “!”. The Flashback is a review for the test.

Find the computer icon and open the visual builder, the text box should include answers or help tot he test that is at the end of the course. Make sure that the bullet points relate to the course and also will help the customer pass the test.

Congratulations, you’re almost done with the course!  However, let’s take a few minutes to reflect on the course content before you take the final exam. You will only get 2 chances to pass the final with a score of 80% or higher. 

If you aren’t confident in your knowledge of one of the following subjects, go back to the relevant lesson in the course to give it a review.

  • Most victims are selected randomly.
  • Active shooters are unpredictable.
  • Participate in training and practice suitable responses to Active Shooter situations.
  • Review your organization’s Emergency Action Plan and Stay prepared!
  • Escape is always the best choice in an active shooter situation.
  • When taking measures to avoid becoming a victim in an active shooter attack you can do things to distract them by, throwing objects, attacking them with objects, disable them with anything you can find in your surroundings.
  • You should report any signs of potential violence as soon as possible to management.
  • The U.S. Department of Homeland Security suggests measures in an active
    shooter scenario which are evacuation, taking action and/or hiding out.
