First Aid

According to the American Heart Association, only 45 percent of the workforce in American is certified in First Aid. An illness or injury can happen to or around you at any second. It is important for you to be prepared for any instance where care is needed. Learning the steps of First Aid and knowing the basics will allow you to develop skills that prepare for when an injury occurs. Here you will learn the basics of First Aid and CPR in description. This will also prepare you for an in-person course where you could experience hands-on First Aid procedures. Through this course, you will learn the basics of First aid:

• Know the steps to take first aid and how to properly approach some who is injured
