Effects: impaired driving ability, great physical strength, violence, hallucinations, confusion, memory loss, increased pain tolerance, increased B/P, resp & temp.

Dangers: behavioral toxicity, withdrawal symptoms, depression, confusion, craving, flashbacks, headaches, increased need for sleep.

Symptoms: intensifies senses, focus on detail Synesthesia – smell colors, see sounds, altered mood & perceptions, anxiety, panic, nausea, depression, amnesia, confusion, euphoria, “Trip” lasts 8-12 hours.

Look for: capsules, tablets,” micro-dots” blotter squares.

Dangers: unpredictable behavior, emotional instability, blurred vision, increased heart rate, seizures, respiratory failure, stroke, violent behavior (with PCP), flashbacks common (with LSD)
