It is the responsibility of you, the driver, to follow all safety and training procedures both correctly and efficiently. Any incident that occurs must be immediately reported to your supervisor before work may resume. All equipment deficiencies should be reported immediately to your supervisor. If equipment is not reported damaged or out of service before performing the task at hand, you will be responsible for the damaged equipment.
At the end of this course, you will have 2 attempts to achieve an 80% or above on the final exam to receive your Certificate of Achievement! Enjoy the course, and please fill out the survey at the end!
