Congratulations, you’re almost done with the course!  However, let’s take a few minutes to reflect on the course content before you take the final exam. You will only get 2 chances to pass the final with a score of 80% or higher.

If you aren’t confident in your knowledge of one of the following subjects, go back to the relevant lesson in the course to give it a review.

  • The code of conduct is a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of, or proper practices for, an individual, party or organization.
  • A professional code of conduct outlines appropriate actions for employees or members, as well as the legal consequences of breaking these rules.
  • A good code of conduct in business will be specific and outline the standards by which the entire company is expected to operate.
  • Most social media policies will apply to both company sponsored social media and personal use as it relates to your employer.
  • Each Code of Conduct is created individually by companies to ensure everyone can feel comfortable and safe at work.
  • In heightened cases of conduct breach, companies might call on internal security or the police. Examples include theft, threats or acts of violence, and carrying a weapon to the workplace.
  • Companies that join the FLA commit to ten Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing (and/or Production) and agree to uphold the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct in their supply chain.
