Cleaned and properly maintained tools are safe tools

  • Sharp tools should be in sheaths when not in use
  • Leave electrical repairs to qualified electricians, don’t try it
  • Make sure safety guards and devices are turned on or in place
  • Inspect all tools and equipment before using
  • Clean tools when finished using them
  • Return tools to proper storage place

Choosing the right tool for the job  

  • Any tool can cause serious injuries if used or maintained incorrectly
  • Any type of buildup will shorten lifespan and make dangerous to use
  • Don’t use a screwdriver in place of a hammer, don’t use a wrench as a hammer

Vacuum – Removes dust to avoid respiratory hazards
