  • All surfaces shall be maintained as free as possible of accumulations of lead.
  • Floor and other surfaces where lead accumulates many not be cleaned with compressed air. This will spread the lead particulates instead of cleaning them up.
  • Vacuums shall be used and emptied in a manner which minimizes the reentry of lead into the workplace.
