Recordkeeping Medical Monitoring

Employer shall establish and maintain an accurate record of all monitoring required including:

• Date(s), number, duration, location and results of each of the sample taken including a description of determination procedure.
• A description of the sample and analytical methods used and their evidence of their accuracy.
