• Left over parts or opened loose during repairs
• Floors with wet surfaces
• Objects left out that should have been put up when the job was finished
• Flammable fluids
• Hazardous chemicals
• Chemicals or other items put in the wrong place – where items stored nearby may be incompatible
• Things that make your daily work activities less safe by just “BEING IN THE WAY”
